Policies

** WEDDINGS: Payment is non-refundable & due before editing begins. 50% deposit is due to save your date & time, the remaining balance is due the day of! Please note that by paying any funds towards a booking, you are agreeing to have read my policies and agree fully.

**STUDIOS: Payment is due, sent inworld to Norajulian Photography within 48 hours of your booking. Failure to provide full detail will result in appointment cancellation.

** Prices are current as of 15 January 2023. Any bookings made or quotes given prior (with date) will be honored with previous pricing.

** I do NOT provide unedited shots no matter what, as all photos are "edited" to an extent.

** I will be present for all events for a max of 3 hours. Anytime beyond that will be a 1000L surcharge per hour. This INCLUDES time before the wedding - I will occasionally gift .5 hours presence for 25 photo packages. If at any time, you require me beyond that time, a 1000L surcharge will be applied. This is FIRMLY established July 2021.

** For events, PLEASE fill out your "Getting to Know You" form. Failure to do so is a forfeit of specific requests. I will not be held responsible for missed shots, misinterpreted lighting, etc, if this form is not completed within the day of the event. ♥

** For studio shots: If you are late past 15 minutes without warning, a reschedule must occur. I will send a message informing you, but it's up to you to reschedule. ♥ Missing a scheduled time ONCE will result in full payment being due upon booking & if missed TWICE, a 20% fee will be added if you still wish to go through with the booking. Because I spend time to prepare sets and things - there will be NO REFUNDS.

** I reserve the right to add additional costs to photos should I need to purchase anything to prepare, or if green screen is added beyond the base price of studio shots, particularly if those green screens involve groups of people.

** Wedding Prices =/= Studio prices. There is a reason for this. ♥ NO REFUNDS. I reserve the right to cancel any bookings with NO REFUNDS due to harassment, behavior, or multiple missed appointments

** Weddings can be postponed up to 4 months after the initially scheduled date. Studio bookings can be postponed up to 1 months after the initially scheduled date. Beyond this, I reserve the right to consider your wedding/booking "officially" cancelled. Deposits CAN be applied to a different wedding, as long as it happens within the 6 months of the initially scheduled date. NO REFUNDS.

** Any photos taken may be used for advertising purposes in SL or on any of my listed social media sites.

What to Expect

Studio:

- Please come with your outfits ready to go! Studio snaps go pretty quickly, depending on your scenes. For green screen, it's a simple matter of sitting down on a pose ball and looking pretty! When you're done, you're done!

- REMINDER : There is a 15 minute waiting tolerance time - if you miss your appointment, it is up to you to reschedule. If you miss your second appointment time, there will be a 20% fee added on to your booking fee should you still wish to schedule. As of this time - this DOES reset each separate set of bookings (i.e. if you decide to get more photos next month), but Nora reserves the right to say no.

Weddings & Events:

- Poses will be dropped at the location the day before the event.

- On the Day of the Event: Nora will arrive 1 hour prior to event time unless an alternative time has been scheduled with the couple. This will be to take any pre-photos in suites. If no photos are needed, arrival time will be 30 minutes prior to start time.

- Directly after the ceremony, any remaining group shots will be taken. As long as everyone listens, this usually goes pretty fast! It is scheduled this way just in case anyone in your group needs to leave early. These are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reschedule due to your party's availability, so I highly encourage this!

- After this, groups will be released to the dance floor for the couple's first dance, father/daughter, mother/son, etc. Usually after a couple of songs (so your guests are dancing!), I will request that other shots (cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) be taken so that you can enjoy your time with your friends and family with as little interruptions as possible!

- REMINDER : It is up to YOU to fill out your Getting to Know You form. ♥ If special selections regarding windlight, poses, etc are not made, it is assumed that it is the Photographer's choice. Please be aware that Nora doesn't usually focus on guest or venue photos unless otherwise requested.

- **If the wedding starts late than intended, added fees of up to 500L per half hour will be charged** (Policy added March '21)
